Sending Bulk SMS
Create and personalise messages, choose your contacts, send now or schedule for later.
With Online Text You can add individual contacts or select entire groups, then personalise messages by merging in contact information such as their name.
A single SMS message is 160 characters but you can send up to 459 using Online Text.
Schedule messages to send at a date and time in the future, and use branding, add your company name or opt out information to the end of a text message.

The overview page
Your recent activity for sent and received messages, there’s also a list of messages scheduled to go out in the future.
There are links to recently sent items, hot links to useful tasks and the ‘big SEND button’ makes it easy to get back to the most important page.
The mini pie charts show the status of your campaign at a glance.
Summary results
You’ve sent a Bulk SMS campaign and want to see how it’s performing. This simple chart summarises the status of all text messages, just keep refreshing the page to see the pie fill up with delivery notifications.
From this page you can view your message content, the date and time of the SMS send, and by switching to “List View” you can see the status of every message.
List view
See the delivery status of sent SMS, as with the pie chart, it works in real time.
Here you can view the individual delivery status of every SMS, the date and time of delivery, and the name and mobile number of recipients.
There are handy tips to improve your campaign and you can download the information to excel.
